為地區青少年、家庭、單身人士提供適切服務，特別關注社區人士的職業發展需要，注入全人發展元素，強化及展個人潛能，共建和諧社區‧以營裔手法之企業項目，透過工作實習及見習，促進倨人職業的發展，支援特殊需要人士融入勞動市場，創造就業機會。
We provide comprehensive employment support service for the needy, such as youth, family, singleton with special attention on the individual's needs so as to achieve for wholesome person development of whom are the significant components to glue the community at large.  We adopt innovative approaches to provide more job placement opportunities to equip the more deprived ones before they are able to re-enter the labor force.
