Emergent Interpretation Service
由多種語言翻譯服務隊傳譯員到場進行緊急翻譯工作，並配備翻譯服務器材「無線電語音服務接收器」。
Our multi-language interpretation team member will provide the Emergent on-site interpretation service, together with an equipment: “Wireless Radio Voice Receiver”.
傳譯員可約於２小時內到達現場，即場提供協助。
Interpreter will arrive at the site within 2 hours and provide immediate service.
傳譯員會因應南亞裔人士服務使用者之需要協助他們與本地人士溝通。 Interpreter will help the ethnic minorities to communicate with local people according to their needs.
(2) 即場預約傳譯服務Advanced
Booking On-site Interpretation Service
由多種語言翻譯服務隊成員到場進行翻譯工作，並配備翻譯服務器材「無線電語音服務接收器」。
Our multi-language interpretation team member will provide the Emergent on-site interpretation service, together with an equipment: “Wireless Radio Voice Receiver.
傳譯員會因應南亞裔人士服務使用者的需要協助他們與本地人士溝通，並提供協助。
Interpreter will help the ethnic minorities to communicate with local people according to their needs and provide necessary help.
需最少一天前預約服務申請助他通。 Please use our service by advanced booking at least a day before.
(3)文字傳譯服務Written
Translation Service
運用專業文字翻譯軟件，為區內的學校、商戶、公屋互委會及大廈立案法團、社會福利機構及其他政府部門等提供多種語言文字翻譯工作。 By using Professional Text Translation Software, we provide multiple language translations for schools, shops, public housing mutual aid committee & incorporated owners of building, social welfare institutions and other Government Units.
(4)電話傳譯諮詢服務
Telephone Interpretation Consultancy Service
由南亞裔傳譯員輪值接聽電話查詢，並提供三人會議形式的電話翻譯服務。
Our South Asian Interpreters will be answering the enquiries on phone in rotated way and provide 3-person Conference Telephone Interpretation.
提供具時限性的免費電話翻譯服務。
