Human Resources Officer/Assistant Human Resources Officer (Post Code: HR-HRO/AHRO)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Human Resource Manager to supervise a small team of staff to provide HR services and implements HR policies;
  •   Perform daily HR operations such as compensation and benefits, contract administration, work injury, leave and attendance, offboarding formalities, etc.;
  •   Support the Human Resource Manager in research and data analysis, management reports and project management;
  •  Keep abreast of the updates in employment and related ordinances and statutory requirements;
  • Perform other duties as required by the Human Resource Manager and the senior management.

 Requirements:

  •  Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline;
  •       Minimum 5 years of solid relevant experience in HR management of which 3 years   at supervisory level;
  •       Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
  •       Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  •       A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
  •       Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.
  •      Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Human Resources Officer.

 The working hour is 44 hours per week. Remuneration package will be commensurate with

Assistant Human Resources Officer (Staff Acquisition Development) (Post Code: HR-AHRO-T&D)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and handle employee recruitment functions, including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, job fair organization, new employee onboarding, etc;
  • Explore new recruitment channels or methods and strengthen employee branding;
  • Handle staff training and development;
  • Conduct training needs analysis and provide tailor-made training to multi-disciplinary staff;
  • Assist in formulation and implementation of organizational employee training and development policies and programs;
  • Perform other administrative and management tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above preferably in human resources management with solid knowledge of HR management;
  • Minimum 2 years of solid relevant HR experience at supervisory level, preferably in staff acquisition and training & development ;
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and all employment related regulations;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills;
  • Proactive, outgoing and able to handle multiple tasks with time constraints.

Assistant Human Resources Officer (Post Code: HR-AHRO)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide various HR services such as contract administration, onboarding and offboarding formalities, work injury;
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data is maintained in the HR system;
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
  • Prepare statistical reports for the management; 
  • Perform other duties as required by the Management.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline is preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years of solid relevant HR experience at supervisory level;
  • Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations; 
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • A team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.

System Administrator (Post Code: AS-SA(IT))
Responsibilities:
  1. System administration and end-user support including hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
  2. Provide ongoing systems maintenance, administration, and development, including Azure AD, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  3. Ensure system security and data integrity, including backup, disaster recovery planning, and execution.
  4. Prepare reports, technical documents, implementation proposals, user manuals, and user training.
  5. Maintain IT-related facilities including software and hardware inventories and asset management.
  6. Execute ad-hoc IT projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields. 
  2. Holders of MCSE/MCP/CCNP/CCNA certifications are preferred.
  3. At least 3 years of relevant experience in system administration and end-user support.
  4. Experience in Azure AD, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
  5. Experience in Windows AD structure, networking troubleshooting, and backup administration is preferred.
  6. Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  7. Energetic, self-motivated, teamwork, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
  8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  9. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 
  10. Immediately available is highly preferred.
Working hours: 44 hours of work per week.

負責部門內行政文書工作,包括當值收費接待處、財務結算、教材/報表/報告製作、檔案及場地設施管理、協助採購/聯絡/外勤等﹔按需要支援活動,包括中心及入校功輔組/興趣班/戶外活動。中學畢業或以上程度,DSE成績5科合格包括中英數,熟悉中英電腦文書處理,試算表,PDFCANVAWhatsApp/facebook 等資訊科技應用。良好溝通與中文書寫能力。具相關經驗(如學校文職或補習)優先。入校服務須提交性罪行定罪紀錄查核。月薪兼職每週總工時33小時,共7-8節,每節45小時,月薪$8,501-$9,952,時薪每雙週不多於33小時,時薪文$60/助理$55/每小時。逢週一至五(9am-10pm)每天12節,另週六/日輪值,需輪班,視資歷而定。
